Brevia Tech Solutions (“we”, “our”, or “the Company”) is a Digital Marketing & Technology Studio headquartered at Lakshmi Bhavan, Mayor Sundar Rao Rd, Thousand Lights West, Thousand Lights, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600006, India. We provide custom development and digital services including websites, mobile applications, SaaS platforms, automation systems, and e-commerce solutions for brands, creators, startups, and enterprises.

This Refund & Return Policy outlines the terms under which payments are processed, cancellations are handled, and refunds (if any) may be considered across all services and engagements. Due to the customized and service-based nature of our offerings, refunds are limited and subject to strict conditions as defined below.

By engaging with Brevia Tech Solutions, making a payment, or initiating a project, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Return Policy in full.

1. Advance Payment Policy

For projects with a total value below ₹5,000, 100% advance payment is required prior to initiation. For projects above ₹5,000, a minimum of 50% advance payment is required to commence work. All advance payments are strictly non-refundable once the project has commenced, as they cover initial planning, research, design, resource allocation, and operational costs incurred immediately upon project confirmation.

2. No Returns on Digital Services

All services provided by Brevia Tech Solutions involve custom-built digital assets, including but not limited to websites, applications, code, software integrations, and digital marketing deliverables. Due to the intangible and customized nature of these services, returns are not applicable. Once work has begun or deliverables have been shared, the services cannot be reversed, and therefore refunds are not applicable except under limited conditions defined in this policy.

3. Eligibility for Partial Refunds

In rare cases where Brevia Tech Solutions is unable to initiate a project due to internal constraints and no actual work has been started, a partial refund may be considered at the sole discretion of the Company. Any such refund will be subject to deductions for consultations, planning, resource allocation, or administrative efforts already incurred. Refund approvals must be documented in writing.

4. Client-Initiated Cancellation

If a client chooses to cancel a project at any stage after commencement, no refunds will be issued for the advance payment. Any work completed up to the point of cancellation will be billed proportionately and must be paid in full prior to closure. Cancellation due to change of mind, business strategy shifts, internal decisions, or delays on the client's side does not qualify for any refund.

5. Scope Changes and Project Delays

Refunds are not applicable for delays caused by lack of client input, delayed feedback, incomplete requirements, or changes in scope. Any additional features, revisions, or changes beyond the agreed scope will be treated as new work and billed separately.

6. Technical Issues and Support

If a delivered product contains technical issues that fall within the agreed project scope and are attributable to Brevia Tech Solutions, we will address and resolve such issues within a reasonable timeframe as part of our support commitment. However, such fixes do not qualify for refunds unless explicitly stated in a written agreement.

7. Third-Party Services and Costs

Any payments made toward third-party services, including but not limited to domain registrations, hosting services, APIs, plugins, software licenses, or external tools, are governed by the respective third-party provider's policies. Brevia Tech Solutions does not provide refunds for such expenses once they have been purchased or activated on behalf of the client.

8. Internal Payments and Compensation

Payments made to employees, interns, freelancers, or contractors are operational expenses and are not subject to refunds under any circumstances once the work has been assigned or completed.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any refund-related disputes will be reviewed based on the original agreement, communication records, project scope, timelines, and delivery status. Brevia Tech Solutions reserves the right to make the final decision on refund eligibility, unless otherwise determined by a competent legal authority.

10. Limitation of Refund Liability

Under no circumstances shall the total refund liability of Brevia Tech Solutions exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service or project in question. No additional compensation, damages, or claims shall be entertained beyond this limit.

11. Legal Jurisdiction

This Refund & Return Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
