Brevia Tech Solutions shall not be held liable for bugs, technical issues, data loss, security vulnerabilities, or performance inconsistencies that may arise after deployment or handover.

No Guarantees of Results

Brevia Tech Solutions does not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to search engine rankings, website traffic, user engagement, lead generation, conversions, or revenue growth, unless explicitly agreed upon in a written contract. Outcomes depend on multiple external factors including market conditions, competition, user behavior, platform algorithms, and client-side efforts.

Third-Party Dependencies

Our services may involve or depend on third-party platforms, APIs, plugins, libraries, hosting providers, payment gateways, or software tools. Brevia Tech Solutions does not control and is not responsible for the performance, availability, security, pricing changes, policy updates, or discontinuation of such third-party services.

Any issues, disruptions, or losses arising from third-party services, including downtime, data loss, or compatibility issues, shall not be attributed to Brevia Tech Solutions.

Client Responsibilities Disclaimer

Clients are responsible for providing timely inputs, accurate information, content, credentials, approvals, and technical access necessary for project execution. Brevia Tech Solutions shall not be liable for delays, performance issues, or failures resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or delayed client-side inputs.

Clients are also responsible for ensuring that all materials provided to the Company do not violate any applicable laws, intellectual property rights, or third-party rights.

Limitation of Liability

In all circumstances, the total liability of Brevia Tech Solutions shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service or project giving rise to the claim.

Portfolio and Usage Rights

Unless explicitly restricted through a written agreement, Brevia Tech Solutions reserves the right to use completed project work, publicly available data, client logos, and testimonials for portfolio, marketing, and case study purposes.
